Tomorrow night (3/28) remember to turn off all your house lights at 8:30pm local time. Leave the lights off for one full hour. Be sure to turn off computers, TV's and electric radios too.

Funny story about our family doing this last year. Ali had one of her friends over, and her parents came over to pick her up in the middle of Earth Hour. We were all sitting in the family room talking with candles lit all over the house. They thought we were a little strange until we told them why we were doing it. Then they sat and joined us for the rest of the hour. They are a eco-friendly family, and are always willing to try something new.
So, remember tomorrow 8:30pm local time, go off the electric grid!

Bad thing is that I forgot to turn off my radio but good thing is that I still have stuff unplugged even today.
