Free CFL Recycling at Menards!

Here's just another reason to love your local Menards store:

CFL recycling has never been so easy! We are proud to announce a new FREE and convenient CFL recycling program that will launch TODAY Monday, June 9th at Menards stores statewide(Minnesota)!

The Center for Energy and Environment, creators of the Minnesota Energy Challenge, has joined Great River Energy and its 28 member cooperatives to offer CFL recycling at no charge to Minnesota residents.

You can now drop off expired CFLs at the service desk of any of the 36 Menards home improvement stores located in Minnesota. I know a lot of people are concerned that CFL's aren’t being properly recycled. Until now there hasn’t been a free and convenient way to recycle CFLs - but there is now!
