Half Price Books Summer Reading Program

How kids 10 and under can participate:

1. Get a Feed Your Brain Reading Log at Half Price Books or CiCi’s Pizza.

2. Check off each day they read for 15 minutes or more.

3. Fill out a reading log, and have a parent or guardian sign it.

4. Bring the completed and signed log to Half Price Books or CiCi’s Pizza.

5. Get a Feed Your Brain Reading Reward: your choice of a $3 Shopping Card at Half Price Books OR a Free Kid’s Buffet at CiCi’s Pizza with the purchase of an adult buffet.

6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 every week through Saturday, August 2, 2008.

We don't have CiCi's Pizza near us, but what kid doesn't love picking out a new book every week! We are going to go hit our Half Price Books store today to check it out!

UPDATE: It works great! My store has extra slips for the kids to fill out, and they are alot smaller than the ones I printed above. Each kids got a $3.00 card, and they each found books for under $3.00. The guy checking us out was questioning why we didn't want to use the full $3, I just told him, these are the books they want, we don't mind not using the whole amount. You can not combine more than one coupon for a book either, so make sure it is under $3 to get it for free.
